perfect base for city explorations with many landmarks nearby

during my recent stay, I loved how close the hotel is to the beautiful Macau Museum of Art and the vibrant Senado Square, allowing me to easily stroll through fine sights and enjoy park views.

Loved how deluxe the property was. Overall the staff is helpfull! Deluxe queen room overlooks the city and includes an electric kettle and a fridge. Stopped by Lemoncello Gelato to get some coffee and treats, it's a short walk to the venue, recommend.

Rooms are spacious and well-maintained, but watch out for the lack of English-speaking staff which can make communication tricky. The fitness center and indoor pool are decent amenities to unwind after a day out, though paid internet can be a hassle.

The staff were particularly helpful when we encountered a minor issue. They quickly offered us another room without hesitation. The breakfast was a treat too! It's conveniently located, with plenty of local restaurants nearby, and the rooms come with amenities like free WiFi and a minibar. Great value for the price!

The evening meals were a bit pricey.

The location was ideal, at walking distance to Star World Hotel and Casino, about 5 min walking to Lisboa. There is a shuttle bus every 30 min to ferry terminal near Sands hotel casino. The hotel doesn't look crowded and the cozy swimming pool and sauna are great.

The lift had delays during lunch time (4 lines available)

hotel location is very nice about 15 minit to Grand Lisbo.room is qiute nice,comfortable and clean.

the hotel reception just 3 staff working at there and only 1 person to assist customer check in.I've be waiting about 30 minute to check in waste my time!

It is located near the Pier where you can get free shuttle bus to many casinos/hotels. Metropark is so careful that she even provides transformer in room. The Chinese Resterant in hotel is delicious!

There is no shuttle bus to pick us from the Pier to hotel if it is late (such as 23:30) when other hotels can.

The hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop and close to all the casino action in the city center. It is also easy to get to the ferry terminal which is a plus. the bathroom was clean and the hotel staff were helpful.

The breakfast could be improved as there were not many options available.
